We are all feeling a bit tired with so much going on - but it's been really good and fruitful.
We give God all the glory!!
Safe House Project:
Our team went up to BelaBela (Warmbaths) and handed out babies and children's hats, booties, blankets and new knitted jerseys for many of the children in a "safe house". The children there all come from very extreme backgrounds of physical and/or sexual abuse, orphaned and /or HIV/AIDS positive. This house caters for up to 30 children and babies at a time. The children, when we brought them their gifts all thought Christmas had come, they were sssoooo excited to receive something to call their own. Several of the young girls kept coming up to us all to give us cuddles, they were so grateful to get a gift to call their own and even have their own name written on it!!
I couldn't show you a group photo because of the law in South Africa protecting the children's faces, but I was allowed to show you these 2 beautiful photos of HIV/AIDS positive babies wearing their new knitted jerseys.
Secunda joint church ministry:
Our team went across to the town of Secunda in July and ministered in a church where there were several churches cross denominationally that came together for the ministry. We had a great time there with both the Pastors - in fact we didn't get home that night until midnight we were all so busy talking and having such good fellowship together.
UPCOMING CRUSADE:
Please pray for our team as we drive all the way up to Limpopo province to hold a crusade on rural trust land east of Elim. We drive up on the 5th August and come back on the 13th.
Please pray for the following:
¨ God's safety in traveling
¨ Favor with the king and elders
¨ Good health (as we will be tenting)
¨ God's presence strongly visible
¨ Signs, wonders and miracles
¨ Wisdom of God as we meet with leaders
¨ Unity amongst the Pastors
¨ Holy Spirit to go before us and soften the hearts of the people so that they will be open to receive Jesus as their Lord!
NylstroomGarden Project:
LEI went up to Nylstroom into their township area and had the opportunity of being able to plant a garden project in a daycare centre teaching the people how to grow food and feeding the children. We also gave out baby's blankets, teddy bears, booties and coloring in pencils, rubbers etc for the children of the daycare centre.
We had a businessman from Nylstroom join hands with us and he supplied all the compost and irrigation system, while we provided all the tires and seedlings for the project. We planted for the people there spinach, beetroot and broccoli in each of the tires. We also put a mixture of fertilizers and manure in them.
ABK Project:
We have been going now out to many hospitals in different regions continuing our ABK (African Babies Knitting) Project, and in various townships handing out many items of babies clothing and accessories, praying with all the mothers, nurses and staff, and making a very big success with this project over the past few months. We have also had the privilege of having articles in Christian newspapers written about us as we have given out to the public. It's certainly not over yet - in fact we want to try and keep this one running on a permanent basis year round so as to meet the huge needs that are here in South Africa.

Everlasting Love
Some days come
And some days go
Where they go too - no one knows
But your love Jesus
It still remains
Yesterday and forever
Your always the same
Chorus
Your love is deeper
Higher
Brighter than the stars
Your love is wider
Sweeter
Mightier by far
Nothing can compare to you x2
Jesus - Jesus, everlasting love!
You gave us beauty for ashes
And mourning for joy
Life everlasting
Come let us rejoice
As we seek - we will find you
Down on our knees
For we have seen your glory
And the power of your love

Feeding Park people:
We were very blessed to receive sponsorship to help in feeding the destitute people that live in the parks etc surrounding Pretoria.
We had some maize meal sponsored by Olivetti South Africa. We also received this month food that had gone past the expiry date from Woolworths supermarket SA.
On this day we handed out food, there were less people than normal there, (Last time there was at least over 40+ people) so the ones that were there were this day were really excited, as this meant that they then received more food each.
They were all very grateful for what was given!
Bennet preached the word to the people first, then we prayed for all those that were sick, and then afterwards - handed out the food.
New Stage Unit:
We were blessed to finally have a mobile stage unit made in which to preach from in our mass gospel crusades. We have waited a long time for this one, and God released the money so we could finally get what we needed.
We want to use this in all our outdoor crusades and use this preaching platform as a tool for young up and coming Evangelists, Ministers and Musicians in which they too can train and excel forward in their ministries.
It has always been one of the things on our heart, is to train up young men and women for the work of the Lord, so pray with us that God will send the right young people to us that we can help train for the ministry and HIS glory!
Jo-Burg Prophetic Conference:
Our team of 5 went and ministered down in Johannesburg at a prophetic conference run by Good News Outreach Ministries. Des spoke on various biblical topics in the bible, speaking from 9.30am - 5pm with only a short lunch brake in between.
You all would have read from all our newsletters that we have a very special friend that is a very talented and anointed musician who comes with us to many churches, evangelistic crusades etc to minister to the body of Christ. (His name is Gunther). Gunther ministered once again to the people at this conference through song.
All-round the people's hearts were very receptive to both the ministry of music and the word of God, with many foundational issues that are wrongly interpreted and taught in the body of Christ (the church in general) being both talked about and dealt with in the peoples hearts that day.
