Hi everyone,

Outdoor evangelism Crusades, hospital visitations, feeding programs, humanitarian aid, and so the list goes on this month!

Vaalwater Crusade
WHAT CAN WE SAY EXCEPT – “WOW”!
I also have so many photos – I don’t know where to start, but here goes! …….
We started off our crusade under a beautiful African skylight.

Evangelist Des Sinclair had a good attendance from the word go, and there was much joy, dancing and celebration as the nights of crusade went on.
We had a very talented South African gospel artist come up and sing for the LEI crusade. His name was Gunther.
For anyone wanting to listen to his music, you can find him on the following website:

We had a very committed crew that came and worked with us while on crusade in Vaalwater. Some of the guys are below:

We also had a visiting team from both Johannesburg and Elisras come across for the crusade to work alongside us, and also an International team come out from Auckland New Zealand to be with us at the crusade.

We had a lot of fun with our team/s with a lot of new “initiations” taking place for all NEW team members. – no one was exempt!
Tricks were played on everyone – (Ros and Daniel being the sneakiest instigators of all).

We also had MANY new salvations over the period of nights that the crusade was running, with many visible miracles taking place.

Evangelist Des  Sinclair preached most nights with great passion, and was very well received by the crowd, as they already knew him in the Waterburg region.

We had some spiritual attack try and come against us while the crusade was on, with many drums started beating furiously as soon as the intercessory pray team started praying before each night. But the Lord was the one who had the victory in it all!

On the 3rd night of the crusade, with the blessing of the Senior Pastors of Vaalwater we were working with, we had an ordination ceremony on stage before the preaching of the word for our interpreter – Simon, and officially ordained him with the title of Evangelist under the covering of both his local church and L.E.I and Evangelist Des Sinclair.
Simon then received in front of the whole crowd a certificate of reference stating that he was now an official Evangelist and that all officials on stage recognized him as such!.
The last night of the crusade, Simon then got up and preached for the crowd under his new  title of Evangelist. He did a fantastic job and held the crowd really well!  We at LEI were all very proud of him!

Rubbish Dump

While we were there at the crusade, during one of the days, Evangelist Des Sinclair and LEI also went to the local rubbish dump and gave out 60 sets of gloves, scarves and hats to the local children and elderly that lived at or near the dump.
Many came running to receive that day!

ABK - Knitting again
For all interested, we are continuing on this year with our knitting project for underprivileged babies here in South Africa, as last year it went with such a great success!
If you can donate either wool , booties or hats ready made, woolen squares – whatever -  we would be glad to take them and then hand them out to all those that are underprivileged.
Please post your items to the following address:

South Africa

While the New Zealand team was with us in South Africa, we took them to the Academic Hospital in Pretoria and handed out more booties, hats etc for underprivileged babies and young children. We also prayed for many mothers, worried fathers and family units.
The photos speak for themselves!

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,
I was a stranger and you invited     me in,
I needed clothes and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to
 visit me.
