Prov 31:10-11 "Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain."

As I read this I thought about the fact that you reap what you sow.  For there to be such a wife then there needs to be such a husband.  I donít think we can place any price on the attention we pay to our marriage partner that God has given us.  The rest of this proverb talks about an amazing women.  We get a clue to why in verse 28. Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her:  NKJV

We all respond well to praise.  It is one of the five love languages and needed by all.  So men take the time to praise your wife.  Ladies make sure you give him something to praise you for.  What you sow you will reap.  If you are struggling remember that love never fails.
