Isa 1:18-19 "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient,You shall eat the good of the land." NKJV
I hear verse 18 often. The promise is quoted and believed by many. But how many of us are aware of God requiring us to be willing and obedient?
It seems to me that many Christians testimony is that God plucked them kicking and screaming to the place they are not. Was that true or an exaggeration for effect in the telling? Seems to me this verse says be willing. Seems to me that God wants us to obey and be happy about it.
I call it action with attitude. Good attitude. The promise is really good. So act with good attitude.
